Calling all sculptors! Orange County’s taking proposals for its fourth annual Sculpture on the Lawn exhibit. The sculptures will be displayed outside of the Orange County Administration Center in downtown Orlando. Terry Olson calls himself Orange County’s “chief art’s instigator.” Spotlight’s Crystal Chavez spoke to Olson—the head of the county’s office of arts and cultural affairs.
