    During any event downtown, parking is a bear. Even though the city of Orlando is building new sports and entertainment venues – parking remains a hot commodity. That led some business savvy residents of the Parramore neighborhood to cash in on the city’s lack of spots. But does the practice represents a darker side of development in the community?
