The stage comedy The Animatronicans follows the adventures of 4 theme park animatronic characters who also happen to be roommates: Hall of President’s Abraham Lincoln, Journey into Imagination’s Dreamfinder, Maelstrom’s Polar Bear, and Carousel of Progress’s John. 10 of the most progressive and exciting artists working in the State today have been invited to show their works in the Orlando Museum of Art during the 5th Annual Orlando Museum of Art Florida Prize in Contemporary Art Exhibit. Meet all 10 artists and hear them speak about their works during a panel discussion at the museum Saturday 11am at Orlando Museum of Art. The United States Pole Sports Federation is hosting a 2 hour children’s pole workshop. Your kids can learn some new moves including dynamic drops. An international group of 18 artists are featured in an exhibition exploring the impact of the vast scale of commerce and immigration worldwide on contemporary life. Very topical! The show Baggage Claims runs all weekend at Orlando Museum of Art.
