UPDATE: Guilty Verdicts In FAMU Hazing Trial


The jury is deliberating in the trial of three former Florida A and M Band members charged with hazing. FAMU drum Major Robert Champion died after undergoing a hazing ritual after a football game in Orlando in 2011. Today the prosecutor told the court tradition is no excuse for his death. 90.7’s Amy Green is at the Orange County Court House following the case. She spoke to Crystal Chavez.

Closing Arguments To Begin In Hazing Trial


Closing arguments are expected today in the case of a former Florida A&M university band member charged with manslaughter and hazing. The alleged hazing incident almost three years ago led to the death of drum major Robert Champion.
