Snap! Orlando Print Day, snap Orlando facebook page

Snap! Orlando brings a little LA, a little Miami and a LOT of French accent to Orlando at all their swanky events. Somehow this gaggle of sophisticates seem always connected to what’s new, now and not cheap. At their next event, a day long print shopping opportunity, guests can select from tons of prints by local artists like Thomas Thorspecken, Nathan Selikoff, and Chris Tobar Rodriguez. The print sale is Saturday 11 to 4 at Snap Space on East Colonial Drive in Mills50.

Toys, Comics, Costume Contest, Face Painting, Raffles and Special Guests John Beatty from Secret Wars and Billy Tucci, the creator of Shi and Sgt. Rock, are all part of The Infinity Toy and Comic Con Saturday 10 to 5. Tickets are the equivalent of eight items of the McDonalds value menu and the whole thing goes down at the Holiday Inn Orlando East in the UCF area of town.

Oblivion Tap Room’s menu might utilize fonts which appear to be screaming at you, but they also have an annual salute to Harry Potter called the Great Hall Feast this weekend. Enjoy Harry Potter themed food and drink, shopping, and a movie marathon. The Great Hall Feast happens Saturday starting at 4 at Oblivion Tap Room.

And finally, over 200 interactive exhibits for kids and parents including laser tag, live music and a petting zoo await attendees at the Florida Kids & Family Expo Saturday and Sunday 10 to 5 at the Orange County Convention Center.

And as always, Orlando is wonderful.
