Program: Darryl Owens Perspectives

PAST PROGRAM – Darryl E. Owens is a Howard University graduate. He serves as director of communication at Beacon College in Leesburg, FL, the first college to award bachelor’s degrees exclusively to students with learning disabilities and ADHD. Before that, he worked for 25 years as a columnist and editorial writer the Orlando Sentinel, where he wrote about politics, education, crime and punishment, race and others as a member of the Sentinel’s Editorial Board.
