WMFE|WMFV AIRING WEEK TWO OF NPR’S GAVEL-TO-GAVEL COVERAGE OF HOUSE IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS

TUNE IN AT 9 A.M. TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY FOR SPECIAL COVERAGE WITH ONE-HOUR RECAPS AT 8 P.M. EACH DAY

Democrats say President Trump abused his power when he asked for a probe into a political rival. Republicans say the president did nothing wrong. Now key players involved in the Ukraine affair will continue public testimony for all of America to hear.

Central Florida public radio stations 90.7 WMFE and 89.5 WMFV will air NPR’s gavel-to-gavel coverage of the second week of public hearings of the House Impeachment Inquiry into the president this week, starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday. There will also be a one-hour recap of each day’s proceedings at 8 p.m. Tune in or stream and watch on our website.

Hearings scheduled for Thursday may preclude the noon airing of Intersection. Listen to the rebroadcast at 9 p.m. or download the podcast episode.

Please note: In order to bring you live, uninterrupted coverage of the impeachment hearings, we’ve suspended our regular Silent Drive messaging. But we still need to raise $350,000 by Dec. 3, and we’re tracking behind. Our members make breaking news coverage like this possible. If you haven’t donated to the Fall Silent Drive yet, please give online or call 1-800-785-2020. Thank you!
