Orlando Magic’s President of Basketball Operations Jeff Weltman says the team is focusing on the off season and the upcoming draft. The Magic fired coach Frank Vogel after two seasons. Weltman says they want to keep building the team at the right pace.

“I do think we have some good young players on the team and it’s incumbent to develop those guys. We’re excited about our draft pick. We’ve got to get that right.”

The Magic has yet to select a new coach. The team was plagued by injuries throughout the season and finished with a 25-57 record. The draft will take place in June.
