For the past nine months, Florida Today space reporter James Dean has been digging into the hiring practice of three administrative assistants for the top positions at the Kennedy Space Center.
He uncovered an investigation by NASA that shows KSC’s director played a role in the hiring. 90.7’s Catherine Welch caught up with Dean at his desk in the paper’s newsroom to discuss what he found.
