The two-week Orlando International Fringe Festival has become an institution within the central Florida arts scene and now, you won’t have to wait until the annual event comes around again in May to experience it. Festival Producer Michael Marinaccio has just announced the addition of a Winter Mini-Fest, which will bring the best of Fringe theatre and entertainment back to Orlando for one weekend in January.
