Community leaders across central Florida are working to find a long term solution to end homelessness. One piece of the puzzle is how to handle a homeless person who keeps showing up in court, racking up fines along the way.

90.7’s Catherine Welch sat down with Frederick Lauten, chief judge of the 9th Judicial Circuit, who is working to keep people out of the courtroom for being homeless.
