Heroin is cheap and lethal, and its use is on the rise in Central Florida. The spike in heroin abuse, and the deaths that come from overdoses, is being blamed on the crackdown of so-called Pill Mills in Florida.

90.7’s Renata Sago and Abe Aboraya have been reporting on heroin use, and they join 90.7's Matthew Peddie to talk about the issue.

Also, Jeb Bush is positioning himself for a presidential run in 2016. He's raising money, publishing an ebook, and he has released a flood of e-mails from his time as Governor.

Bush appears a formidable candidate, but first he has to make it through a primary. To talk more about a potential Jeb Bush run, University of Central Florida political scientist Aubrey Jewett joins the program.
