Tonight is the big fundraising dinner for the 5th Annual Winter Park Harvest Festival. All the proceeds go to running the free festival which is next week in downtown Winter Park. The dinner tonight is multi-course and locally sourced. Guests will be treated to a video tour of the farms that provided the food featured in the dinner.

He’s no Ira Glass, but Jerry Seinfeld, the lovable, huggable 90s TV icon is performing stand up Saturday night in Daytona Beach at the Peabody Auditorium. The cheap tickets are probably sold out, but hey, it’s Jerry Seinfeld. Don’t be cheap.

The Largest One Day independent original Music Festival in the Southeast featuring 175 local and regional musical acts on 28 stages is coming to you Saturday in Downtown Deland starting at 1 at the 14th Annual Deland Original Music and Art Festival.

During National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week, join in on the “Race to End Homelessness 5K Run Walk and Jog” on Sunday 10am at Moss Point Park in Orlando.

Admission is free, but for twenty bucks, buy a wristband and guzzle all the wine you want while walking through 150 tents-worth of your typical “annual art show art” at the 4th Annual “Art, Craft and Wine Festival” at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs this Saturday 10 to 8 and Sunday 10 to 5. Apparently not wanting to cater to us day-drinkers, the wine stroll hours are 4 to 8 Saturday and 1 to 5 Sunday.

And as always, Orlando is wonderful.
