Those gays are back again with their flags, their short haired ladies and their parade for the annual Gay Pride Parade  in Lake Eola Park Saturday 3 to 7.

Those Veterans are back again with their flags, their short haired ladies and their parade for the Veterans Day Parade in downtown Orlando Saturday 11 to 1.

See what I did there?

Enjoy 21 restaurants, dessert makers, and catering services each serving up samplings of their best dishes at Taste of Lake Nona at Lake Nona Courtyard and Residence Inn Saturday 6 to 9.

A room full of Christmas trees decorated by rich people and their decorators await you inside the Orlando Museum of Art during Festival of Trees Saturday and Sunday all day.

Enjoy a quick 3 hour evening of shopping and dining with 20 food trucks and 20 local gift vendors at TheDailyCity.com’s Holiday Market taking place beneath the stars in the Orlando Fashion Square parking lot Sunday 5-8pm.

And finally, there’s a group of folks who gather together to write in public. They’re called WriMo. They’ll be using free transport to write at free Disney locations to build their word counts and meet other Orlando writers. Meet up between 11am and noon at the water play area next to Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs and travel on a boat to Port Orleans, a monorail to the Polynesian hotel and the Grand Floridian hotel. The group writing fun takes place Sunday 11 to 6.
