After skyrocketing over the last 24 months, home prices flattened out and existing-home sales dipped in Florida.

Economic analyst Dr. Hank Fishkind tells WMFE’s Nicole Darden Creston where he thinks our housing market is headed next, but he starts with a look at why home prices climbed so high in the first place.
