The worst of the COVID-19 recession may be behind us, but economic analyst Dr. Hank Fishkind says the effects will linger until there’s a vaccine.

He tells 90.7’s Nicole Darden Creston that certain policies could help at the state and local levels…but Florida’s lawmakers are not implementing them.
