Fishkind Conversations: Some Uncertainties In Florida's Economy

Since the beginning of this year, the economy has been plagued by uncertainty – the Dow has dropped eight percent and oil prices are a downward track. Economic analyst Hank Fishkind says that while the risk of recession is higher now than a month ago, overall it’s still very low. But there are a few Florida-specific uncertainties on his mind, starting with the competing budget bills passed by the state House and Senate last week.

Nicole came to Central Florida to attend Rollins College and started working for Orlando’s ABC News Radio affiliate shortly after graduation. She joined Central Florida Public Media in 2010.
