Spotlight: Dinosaurs Invade Leu Gardens
A ‘Dinosaur Invasion” exhibit is drawing new visitors to Leu Gardens. Life-like prehistoric creatures are inhabiting the 50-acre botanical garden through April 30th.

Spotlight: Paddlefish
Paddlefish is the re-imagined Fulton’s Crab House (maiden name: Empress Lily), on the non-floating structure made to resemble a vintage paddlewheel river boat. It’s less vintage-y with the recent renovation, which gave it a modern look, both inside and out (though the frozen-in-place paddles remain). This is a huge facility, but it features several smaller dining rooms that keep it from feeling like a large main feeding room on a cruise ship. My guest and I were intrigued by the Crab Fries appetizer and so got an order to share. Intersection: Florida’s Constitution Review Commission
Every 20 years a panel is appointed to review Florida’s constitution, and recommend changes. A new constitution review commission kicked off an 18 month review with a meeting in Orlando this week. On Intersection we talk about how the commission could help shape the future of the state.

Scavenger Hunt, Orlando Phil, Garden Show and Taxidermy
The second annual Mills 50 Madcap is a scavenger hunt, a pub crawl, party taking teams of friends and Individual participants who have no friends to various locations in the Mills50 District to solve puzzles and complete tasks. The fun ends with a big party at Ten 10 Brewing Company with prizes and goody bags. Mills 50 Madcap is Saturday at noon at The Brass Tap.
