Cabaret, Eat Up and Food Fests

Some Florida ER Doctors Wary Of New State Health Laws

Because of a new law, Florida patients wont have to pay for medical care by doctors outside their insurance network if the service was performed at an in-network hospital. The law effectively bans a practice called balance billing. But some emergency room doctors say the new law misses the mark.

DeBary Votes To Sue Its Mayor Over Public Records Requests

The DeBary City Council voted 4 - 0 to sue the mayor for unfilled public records requests.
