Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating the shooting of an unarmed black man,Cedric Bartee, by a white police officer. The incident occurred earlier this week in Orange County in the wake of protests after the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner by law enforcement officers. Orlando Sentinel columnist Darryl Owens joins 90.7’s Nicole Creston to talk about his reaction after the news of the Bartee shooting.
