‘Cinemabilty’: The Portrayal of Disabilities in Film

The film Cinemability takes a look at the way characters with disabilities are portrayed in film and television.

The documentary features interviews with Hollywood stars like Ben Affleck and Jamie Foxx and takes a historic look at the evolution of disability in film.

90.7’s Matthew Peddie spoke with Director Jenni Gold about her project and the inspiration behind it.

The film screens Thursday, September 18 at the Cobb Plaza Cinema Cafe as a part of the Global Peace Film Festival.
