If you care about others….

Folks will be putting together lunches including sandwiches, bananas, water, cookies and chips for the homeless then split up into two groups at Lake Eola and near the Coalition for the Homeless on Central to pass them out. The goal is pass out up to 300 lunches. Children are encouraged to join in to decorate the lunch bags and pass them out. This wonderful event takes place Sunday at 10 at Julie’s house at 515 West Harvard Street in College Park.

Technically it’s sold out but just show up anyways and help package 70,000 healthy meals for hungry people all around the U.S. for the children’s charity Feeding Children Everywhere. This project is for children ages 7 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult and takes place Saturday 9 to 1 at the Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando.

The Lake Nona Holiday Market featuring over 30 local crafters and makers is Saturday 8 to 4 at Lake Nona Town Center. Lake Nona.

Shopping and drinking is the way to go during the Audubon Park during Shop and Stroll with glasses of wine handed to you along the shopping stroll. Admission is the cost of 3 sugar free peppermint mochas and takes place Saturday 2 to 5 in the Audubon Park Garden District.

The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra is doing its annual concert in Central Park in downtown Winter Park free to the public full of holiday favorites! Bring a blanket, picnic or a flask. The concert is Sunday 4 to 7.
