Nelson Attorney Wants All Mail-In Ballots Counted

The Nelson campaign is suing the Florida Department of State in an effort to count mail-in ballots that were postmarked before Election Day but not delivered before the polls closed Tuesday. An attorney for the campaign said it’s voter disenfranchisement, but the Scott campaign disagrees.

What Is Really Happening With Broward County’s Recount, And How We Got Here

Counting votes in Broward County has gone anything but smoothly since Election Day. Three close statewide races are being recounted, as well as four local races. Broward’s Supervisor of Elections has been accused of fraud. And prolonged ballot counting has many people reminiscing about the infamous 2000 presidential election between George Bush and Al Gore – when it all came down to South Florida votes.
