An art gallery you’ve never heard of because you’re old… is closing up for good. Their studios will remain open for artists for now but the owners, Time Waste Management, will be exploring new endeavors and looking for new venues. Attend the final open gallery show Saturday 8 to 11 at “A Place Gallery” at 649 Mills Ave North. You don’t know where that is because… well you know why.

A hands-on workshop on papermaking and the art and history of papermaking is taking place at Orange County Regional History Center Saturday 10 to 1. Register for the workshop at thehistorycenter.org.

After you make that paper, take a printmaking workshop designed as an easy and enjoyable introduction to relief printmaking will introduce basic cutting and printing techniques and at the end of the course, you’ll have your own original print cut and printed by YOU! This relief printmaking workshop is Saturday 11 to 2 at Sam Flaxx at 1800 East Colonial Drive.

Enjoy a free family-friendly outdoor car show with a 50/50 mix of Classics and Muscle Cars, live DJ playing fun classic music on Washington Street from Hyer to Summerlin in the Thornton Park District Saturday noon to 3.
