New Chief Science Officer Tackles Florida's Troubled Waterways

Florida has a chief science officer -- Thomas Frazer, director of the University of Florida’s School of Natural Resources. In this brand new role, Frazer will oversee the newly established Office of Environmental Accountability and Transparency.
