Protests And The Indivisible Guide
The first couple months of Donald Trump’s presidency has been marked by protests. Members of Congress are back in Washington, D.C. this week after a recess marked by rowdy town halls.
Representatives faced questions on the Affordable Care Act, immigration, and transparency and the Trump Administration. Many of the groups protesting against actions taken by the new administration refer to the Indivisible guide, an online document produced by former congressional staffers that’s billed as a practical guide to resisting the Trump Agenda.
Eli Logan of Speak Out Brevard, Francesca Matthews of Indivisible Orlando and Adam Goodman, Republican political consultant, joined 90.7's Matthew Peddie to talk about protests and the response from lawmakers.
