Pledge/Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel a
pledge or order you have placed with WMFE, please contact our Member
Services department at 407- 273-2300 ext. 175. Every effort will be made
to accommodate the cancellation as long as no items or thank-you gifts
have shipped.
If you cancel your pledge AFTER item(s) have shipped,
the Return Policy information listed below must be followed.
Fulfillment/Back Order Policy
WMFE does not have
the resources to maintain a large inventory. Some items are ordered or
created after you’ve pledged, and that’s the reason WMFE reserves a 4 - 6
week delivery window. If the item(s) you requested are on backorder,
we will make every effort to notify you.
Return Policy
You may return any part of your
WMFE pledge thank-you gift for a replacement or refund within 30 days
after the ship date. For questions regarding returning an item, please
call 407-273-2300, ext. 175. Please note that for cancellations, any
thank-you gift(s) must be received and unopened, at our address below,
before a refund will be issued.
Event Ticket Return Policy
The vendors who supply
event tickets to WMFE have a no refund policy. Therefore, we do not
offer refunds on any event tickets.
