How is seating determined? Seating is assigned first paid, first served.  Please note the sooner your pledge is fulfilled, the better your seat.

Are aisle seats, wheelchair seating, or other special seating arrangements available? Yes, but on a limited basis. Special requests must be made at the time of your pledge.  To confirm your special request, you may contact our Member Services Department at 407-273-2300 ext. 175. Requests for special sections will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.  Handicap accessible seating is available to the customer with the disability and one guest.

If I pledge for tickets now and my friends pledge later, can we sit together? We ask that you make your pledges together.

When will I receive my tickets? Tickets will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the concert and will be mailed in a WMFE envelope via first class mail. Please put your tickets in a safe location. If you lose or misplace your tickets, you will need to contact the WMFE Member Services Department at 407-273-2300 ext. 175.

How much is parking? Parking for this event is generally between $8.00 and $15.00 per vehicle.

Do you have discount hotel and/or meal packages? There are no ticket/hotel/dinner packages being pledged by WMFE. Hotel and dining information if available through the Orange County Convention and Visitor's Bureau at http://www.orlandoinfo.com/.
