October 5, 2007-- 90.7's Pat Duggins examines the $300 million dollar incentive package to attract thge Burnham Institute to Central Florida. The terms of contract are examined by researchers at the University of Illinois at Chicago, who wrote a report on incentives called "The Ideal Deal".
