It's also 50 years to the day since Walt Disney chose central Florida for the home of his new theme park, Walt Disney World. 90.7's Matthew Peddie speaks to UCF History Lecturer Jim Clark and Florida Today Space Reporter James Dean about Kennedy's influence on the Space Coast, and about Disney's central Florida decision. Also, Puerto Rico's Senate President Eduardo Bhatia was just selected to lead the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators here in the U.S. 90.7's Amy Kiley spoke to Bhatia about Puerto Rico's relationship with the United States and Central Florida.
