Major Brandon Ball of the state Fire Marshal's Office says inspectors have found no evidence a crime was committed.
"Our site investigation that has taken place over the past two days, it was pretty extensive. We've got about a four- or five-acre footprint of site that had to be inspected."
The explosions ignited a fireball at a Blue Rhino propane plant.
Inspectors are interviewing employees from the plant, although some still are not recovered enough to speak.
Federal and local authorities are also involved in the investigation.
