This week Billy Manes talks about the announcement of the Citrus Bowl renovation and how the project will be financed.

Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer announced a plan Monday that will finance a projected $175 million renovation to the Citrus Bowl. A large portion of the project will be financed by municipal bonds.
