Nov. 2, 2011 | WMFE - A tough economy is causing municipalities to rethink the way they grow. More compact, walkable development is gaining in popularity. But for architect Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, it's something she's been talking about for decades as a founder of the movement called "New Urbanism." This week on Intersection 90.7's Mark Simpson talked with Plater-Zyberk about whether building entire new communities like Orlando's Baldwin Park or Kissimmee's Celebration is still realistic in today's economy.
