The Florida Film Festival continues this weekend with screenings at both the Enzian Theatre and the Winter Park Village. Now in its 25th year, the Florida Film Festival is an Oscar qualifying festival, premiering the best in current, independent, and international cinema. The festival has 170 films and first-class events. Film lovers mingle with filmmakers and celebrities over hand-crafted cocktails and a delicious menu at Eden Bar and inside the theater at Enzian. Tomorrow is the final day of UC’s major event “UCF Celebrates the Arts.” At this event you’ll get free tickets to see dance shows, view visual art and more. It all takes place in the beautiful Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. For more information go to arts.ucf.edu.

And finally there’s a David Bowie themed art show taking place inside the dark and lovely Falcon Bar in bright and cheerful Thornton Park. The show features interpretations of David Bowie by several local artists. The show runs all weekend long.
