Florida’s Online Testing This Week Is Off To A Smooth Start

The next round of computer-based testing for Florida students got off to a much smoother start. Fifth through eighth graders are taking a standardized math test. Fifth through 10th graders are also taking an English Language Arts exam. And school district officials across Central Florida say so far, so good.

Eatonville’s Grant accuses Former Mayor of Wielding Influence

Eatonville Mayor Anthony Grant is asking for the dismissal of a lawsuit alleging he committed voter fraud and bribery during last month’s mayoral race. 90.7’s Renata Sago reports, the newly elected mayor is denying the allegations and accusing the town’s former mayor of wielding influence over the police department.
