SeaWorld's Orlando theme parks are getting a new president.
Jim Dean will oversee SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove, replacing Donnie Mills, who is retiring after 42 years with the company.
Dean is president of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.
The change takes effect Jan. 16.
