United for Care has collected 900,000 signatures for a Florida 2016 medical marijuana ballot.

Voters will decide on a controversial measure this November - whether or not Florida will allow medical marijuana.

The state legislature has already approved the use of one stand of marijuana extract for medical purposes, the so called Charlottes Web bill, but Amendment 2 would broaden the law for marijuana usage for debilitating conditions.

The initiative is stirring up strong opinions from law enforcement, the medical community, and business leaders.

Attorney and medical marijuana advocate John Morgan, opponent to the ballot initiative Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings, and Marijuana business consultant Adam Bierman join 90.7's Matthew Peddie to discuss the issues.
