Intersection | A Look at Orion's First Test Flight

NASA takes one step closer to manned deep space exploration this Thursday. The Orion capsule will be launched into orbitfor the first time to test out critical functions and systems of the space craft.

Orion’s Deputy Program manager Larry Price joins the program to talk more about the test flight objectives, challenges of the launch and the milestones the project needs to reach to send humans into deep space.

Also, UCF’s Dr. Phil Metzger joins the program to talk about the significance of the Orion program for for manned missions to mars, asteroids and other deep space exploration.
