Florida’s housing markets have rebounded from their lowest points during the recession with higher sales and rising prices, but prices still remain far below their peaks in most areas. That’s according to new data from the Florida Board of Realtors. 90.7’s economic analyst Hank Fishkind says this is as good as the home recovery is likely to get…and that’s not so bad.
