Darryl Owens: Three Years After Trayvon Martin

Three years ago Thursday 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by then neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman. Just two days ago, the justice department decided not to prosecute Zimmerman on federal charges for a hate crime. Orlando Sentinel is columnist and editorial writer Darryl Owens reflects on the decision.
