Morimoto Asia is the newest of the many celebrity led restaurants that are scheduled to open at Disney Springs. The celebrity here is Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef fame. It’s not his only restaurant, and he’s basically just licensing his name here, so don’t visit expecting to see the Iron Chef, I don’t know, ironing? in the kitchen.

Spotlight: Urban Tide Takes Over Napa


Technically, Urban Tide isn’t entirely new. It replaced the wrong-coastally named Napa when the hotel it is in was named Peabody Orlando. The new owners, Hyatt Regency Orlando, gave it a much more appropriate name, one that celebrates the seafood potentials of the correct coasts while acknowledging its inland city locale.
